This Ad Campaign Features Uber Ride Confessionals With NBA Stars

Uber and digital media company UNINTERRUPTED are partnering to launch a national TV ad campaign that features ESPN’s Cari Champion as an Uber driver taking NBA figures around in a vehicle as they open up in interviews.

It’s Taxicab Confessions-style marketing that is bringing brands together. The first minute-long spot airs Monday during the noon ET hour of SportsCenter and again on Thursday in primetime. Champion picks up Los Angeles Lakers rookies Lonzo Ball and Kyle Kuzma separately as part of a staged UberPOOL ride. The full video lives on UNINTERRUPTED, the company co-founded by LeBron James and Maverick Carter.
