Wearable Coaching Headphones Launch To Put Olympic Athletes In Your Ear

Las Vegas, NV. – Kuaiwear, a tech company out of Shenzhen, China has created an in-ear biometric sensing technology for athletes and has launched it at CES 2016. Kuai claims these headphones are the world’s first to integrate live voice coaching from Olympic athletes.

The headphones work adapting professional training plans to each individual, using an integrated heart rate sensor and accelerometer, allowing users from the everyday fitness consumer to professional athletes to train smarter and achieve goals with the help of a personal coach in their ears.

As with all connected devices there is always a question of accuracy. But the Kuaiwear headphones measure biometrics and sport performance with biometric accuracy clinically validated by Duke University.

Kuai believes their selling point is combining a heart rate monitor, foot pod, sport watch, music headset and virtual coach into one wearable product, eliminating the hassle of carrying multiple devices during a workout. The headphones are also waterproof and can be connected to smart phones via ANT+ and Bluetooth connection.

“Kuai serves an unmet need in the market for a device that coaches users during exercise by providing professional training plans and live voice-coaching feedback,” says Kuaiwear CEO and multi-award winning entrepreneur, Carlos Marco Rider. “Working closely with a team of scientists, we developed a device that provides mindful and actionable data specifically generated in response to each user’s biometric data. No other product on the market combines all of these features into one simple wearable.”

Users can download professional training plans directly to the headphones which are designed for different sports, goals and fitness levels. The aim of the technology is to let users train for a wide variety of activities including running, cycling, swimming, marathons and triathlons. Additionally, the headphones appear to have strong fitness and overall health possibilities for people who simply want to improve their lifestyle.

CES attendees will be the first to test out the Kuai Multisport Biometric Headphones in an interactive demonstration. Ultra-marathon runner, David Clark, will demo Kuai in action as he runs four marathons on a treadmill, one each day of CES. Additionally, Clark will be wearing Kuai as he competes with people from around the US in a virtual treadmill race scheduled for Thursday, 10 am. at the Life Fitness booth.

Kuai is currently available for pre-order at www.kuaiwear.com and will ship to consumers in early 2016.
