Well, gym-goers are in luck, because GYMWATCH has launched their very own fitness tracker that does precisely that.
This new product was designed with personal training goals in mind and allows for people to try and take their workout regimens to the next level. This is done by the patented GYMWATCH sensors, such as accelerometers, gyroscopes, and magnetometers that precisely measure limb movement; and the full range of both motion and strength in more than 900 types of exercises.
What is interesting about this new device is the ability to track starting, maximum, explosive, and speed strength, all while measuring the precise motion amplitude in every exercise. Not only that, but it also measures the amount of time and intensity a muscle is contracted. This is all done while the GYMWATCH tracks data using sports science algorithms and mathematical modeling to help the user avoid overloading or under-loading their muscles.
Gym-goers will be able to see a visual representation of their results on the companion application available for mobile phones in real-time. With these visuals, people can take advice and adjust their exercises in order to maximize their gains. What is neat about the app is how it provides people illustrations that demonstrate an exercise’s proper form, so there is no excuse for improper squat form!
