1. What is your elevator pitch?

People are professionals on LinkedIn, friends on Facebook but there was no place up to now where users could define themselves either as a fan or as a sportsperson. Goaleo is that place, a global platform for the sporting community, that caters to the universal sporty person every need and boasts a unique retention and usage strategy around news, social interaction, coaching, stats, performance management and services for members and club.
2. Problem & Solution

Problem 1: There is no social network dedicated to sports

Problem 2: Sports platforms are either practical (one use, one sport), closed (not viral, not open) or news only

Problem 3: A sportsperson or fan can love many sports, be part of several teams and be friends with lots of friends who like other sports

Solution: Goaleo is a tailored solution allowing a member to create a unique overall experience with news, statistics, coaching by champions, team and event management.

3. Market – your target market and the overall market

Our target market is sports clubs and sportspersons in clubs.

In Europe, 630 000 clubs and 70M people in clubs. The overall market of clubs is difficult to evaluate because only football does a big count. The estimation is of 2 billion sportspersons.

4. Business Model – how do you make money?

We have 3 clear angles to generate revenues.

Branded content with champions. We are offering tailored solutions to brands with our champions (stories, videos and live coaching)

Online store for clubs. Any club in Europe will soon have the possibility to sell personalized items to its fans and generate revenue.
