Australian sports data platform iSport Genius has signed a deal with DraftKings to supply data insights and analytics to users of its online betting service. iSport Genius will be available to both mobile and desktop users of the DraftKings SportsBook.
“We are delighted to mark our expansion into the U.S. by partnering with DraftKings, a proven market leader in fantasy sports which has it perfectly positioned to dominate sports betting,” said Nathan Rothschild, co-founder and partner at iSport Genius according to intergameonline.com.
“This deal is a clear demonstration of the expected demand from American consumers for engaging data experiences as they interact with sport and sports betting.”
DraftKings SportsBook is currently only available in New Jersey. The service, which debuted in August, amassed one million bets within its first month of launch.

Expect both DraftKings and rival FanDuel to continue adding partnerships as the two leading fantasy sports services pivot to sports betting. Both now run online sportsbooks in New Jersey, and those could expand to other states as sports gambling continues to be legalized across the U.S. Over the last few months, FanDuel was acquired by Paddy Power Betfair, and partnered with Minute Media to create a new media site for both fantasy sports and sports betting. As well as this current partnership, DraftKings also joined up with European sports betting provider Kambi Group in June.
