Tom Brady sealed his fate as one of the greatest – if not the greatest – football players of all time during Super Bowl LI on Sunday when he turned the tide and enabled the New England Patriots to overcome a 25-point deficit and beat the Falcons 34-28 in the first overtime game in Super Bowl history.
When the blue, red and white confetti started to rain down, everyone was watching Brady, including 2.9 million viewers on Facebook Live.
Just before the Vince Lombardi trophy was awarded, the Patriots went live on Facebook for just six seconds of Brady on the field at NRG Stadium, and video earned nearly three million views as of Monday, over 62,000 shares and 237,000 likes and reactions.

The NFL had also streamed content on Facebook Live with an 11-minute pregame video had 260,000 views and 1,149 shares. After the game, viewers wanted to get a glimpse of the record-breaking Brady, even if it was just for a few quick seconds. In the game, Brady broke the Super Bowl records for most games by a player, most passes in a game (62), most completions in a game (43) and most passing yards in a game (466).
It was all Atlanta in the first half as the Falcons led 21-3 and it seemed they would claim their first Super Bowl crown and the city would be rewarded with a title for the first time since the Atlanta Braves won the World Series in 1995.
But then came Brady, and the Pats stormed back to tie the game and send it into overtime.
With the win, Brady secures a fifth Super Bowl ring, something that no other quarterback has done.
