Seattle Seahawks Fans Had Apparel Delivered By Uber Eats

When the Seattle Seahawks defeated the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday afternoon, they moved closer to securing the final spot in the NFC playoffs.

Good thing Seahawks fans got their swag in time thanks to Uber Eats.

From Dec. 18-22, fans in Seattle could order Seahawks apparel from the Fanatics-sponsored Pro Shop between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. by searching “Seahawks” in the Uber Eats app. First-time Uber Eats users could have their first three orders delivered for free by using a promo code, Twelves, that’s a nod to the Seahawks’ “12th Man.” Uber Eats typically charges a “booking fee,” as well as an extra fee in busy delivery zones.

“Let’s rock our blue and green as we cheer on our favorite team for their last game of the regular season on Sunday, December 31. Go Hawks!” Uber’s announcement said.

Fans who wanted to shop for last-minute gifts could also do so at a number of Seahawks Pro Shops throughout the Seattle area. Blitz, the Seahawks’ mascot, made appearances dressed as Santa at the CenturyLink Field and Renton Landing shops, while four in-store shoppers were surprised with special holiday treats including tickets, on-field experiences, and gift cards, according to the Seahawks’ announcement.

Expect Seahawks to respond in kind at CenturyLink Field this Sunday, where they’ll don their Uber Eats-delivered Christmas presents and watch their team try to ring in the New Year by earning the final NFC Wild Card position.
