During the NFL draft, fans got to see Brett Favre interact with them on a new digital sports platform called Sqor. Now Favre has decided to take it a step further and join the Sqor team.
Favre will join Spor’s board of directors in hopes of taking the platform to the next level. He will be responsible for advising the athlete acquisition team, giving input on new business opportunities, serve as a senior counselor on business interests with the major sports, and promoting Sqor as an ambassador. “The success to date has been awesome, and I think the sky is the limit with Sqor,” said Favre. “I am excited to be joining the Board of Directors and looking forward to contributing in any way that I can to help the company succeed.”
Now that Sqor has launched their beta site, they are looking forward to growing with Brett Favre.
“Brett Favre is someone who understands innovation, audience and competing to win. Brett’s appreciation of the needs of professional athletes and the relationship between the athlete and the fan are what makes Brett’s involvement with Sqor so valuable,” said Sqor CEO Brian Wilhite.
