Brazil’s national team has taken its more than 4.3 million Twitter followers behind the scenes of its Russian World Cup journey in a newly announced formal partnership.
Twitter had indicated prior to the World Cup that sides such as Brazil, France and Spain would be producing content exclusively for its platform, and Brazil has been a particularly active participant at its handle, @cbf_futebol.

Dozens of training videos have been posted, as well as tours of the stadium locker room, a meet-and-greet with retired legend Ronaldo, and clips with the Brazilian mascot, Canarinho (Little Canary). The mascot even has his own emoji activated by the hashtag, #Canarinho, and the Brazilian flag is triggered by the team motto, #GigantesPorNatureza (“giants by nature”).
