On Feb. 13 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, SportTechie will host its inaugural State Of The Industry conference. Sports industry leaders from across the country will convene to examine what shaped the sports technology world in 2017 and what we can expect in 2018. With support from Oracle Hospitality (Presenting Sponsor) and Sportradar (Supporting Sponsor), the invite-only event will feature two networking receptions, five panel discussions, a Featured Presentation from Oracle Hospitality, and a keynote address from DeMaurice Smith, Executive Director of the NFLPA.
Esports, gaming, athlete data tracking, sports media consumption, and in-venue data collection and fan experience are all on the agenda. The event’s final panel discussion will analyze the sports technologies currently in play, cull the truth from the hype, and forecast what we can expect to see in 2018 and beyond. The full agenda is available below.
In addition to supporting two panels at the event, Oracle Hospitality will treat attendees to a Featured Presentation and a closing networking reception in Barclays Center’s Billboard Lounge. During its Featured Presentation, Oracle will discuss its new Oracle MICROS Compact Workstation.
