South Africa captain AB De Villiers out of Australia series and now facing surgery on injured elbow

De Villiers, who hasn't played for two months, is to have surgery on his left elbow after failing a fitness test on Tuesday ahead of the five-match ODI home series which starts on Friday at Centurion.
