Ronald Koeman admits a new contract would not keep star striker Romelu Lukaku at Everton

Lukaku's agent Mino Raiola said the deal was '99.9 per cent done' and, while Koeman claimed he did not know how far advanced the negotiations were, he felt it was a significant development.
