Leicester centre Manu Tuilagi and Leinster prop Cian Healy could be facing several weeks out after being cited for incidents that occurred during the recent Champions Cup encounters.
Tuilagi initially escaped punishment for allegedly tackling Munster flanker Chris Cloete dangerously but the England centre has since been charged.
Meanwhile, Healy was cited after appearing to make contact with the head of Luke Cowan-Dickie at a ruck in Leinster’s 22-17 victory over Exeter Chiefs.
Their hearings will be held on Wednesday and they will be joined by Mitch Lees, who could receive a ban following an incident in the same Leinster-Exeter game.
