Defending Top 14 champions Stade Français have announced the signing of South African hooker Craig Burden on a short-term deal.
The former Sharks and Toulon front rower has been recruited as medical joker for injured hooker Rémi Bonfils, who underwent shoulder sugery a few weeks ago.
30-year-old Burden heads to the French capital after a stint in Montpellier, where he played as joker during the Rugby World Cup.
