Clermont have named Patricio Fernandez at fly-half for their Champions Cup quarter-final against Racing 92 at Stade Marcel-Michelin.
Camille Lopez is on the bench for the second week in a row as the playmaker continues to work his way back to full fitness after injury.
Fernandez is alongside Morgan Parra at half-back with Rémi Lamerat and Damian Penaud at centre as Wesley Fofana is on the bench.
There is a dangerous back three of Rémy Grosso and Peter Betham on the wings while Nick Abendanon will don the number 15 jersey.
In the pack a strong back-row trio of Alexandre Lapandry, Fritz Lee and Peceli Yato is included for Sunday, with locks Sébastien Vahaamahina and Arthur Iturria and props Etienne Falgoux and Rabah Slimani joining hooker Benjamin Kayser in completing the forwards for the match.
Meanwhile, Racing 92 have made two changes to their backline from last weekend's win over Lyon as Henry Chavancy and Marc Andreu come in for Anthony Tuitavake and Juan Imhoff at inside centre and left wing respectively.
Up front Ben Tameifuna gets the nod over Census Johnston at tighthead while Leone Nakarawa will join Donnacha Ryan at lock and Wenceslas Lauret and Yannick Nyanga come into the back-row alongside Bernard le Roux.
