Predictions: Rugby Championship, Round Two


The second round of the Rugby Championship will play out on Saturday with New Zealand hosting Australia before Argentina meet South Africa.

Last week's results went to form as the All Blacks and Springboks picked up wins, with the former also claiming the bonus-point in Sydney.

RUGBY CHAMPIONSHIP

New Zealand v Australia

Preview: The last time the Wallabies defeated the All Blacks on New Zealand soil was in 2001 and since then, they have lost 20 such games.

Prediction: Although the Wallabies will put up another brave fight, the All Blacks will cruise to another easy victory. New Zealand by 16.

Argentina v South Africa

Preview: This Springbok outfit is spoilt with big, powerful, dynamic forwards who get around the park and are able to turn over the ball.

Prediction: This South African side are a different beast altogether from the one that lost in Salta in 2016. Springboks win by 10 points.
