The Western Force will know whether or not their appeal against their axing from Super Rugby is successful on Tuesday.
RugbyWA appealed the Australian Rugby Union’s decision to axe the Perth-based franchise from Super Rugby. The final judgment is expected to be made in the New South Wales Supreme Court on Tuesday.
No matter what the outcome turns out to be, it remains to be seen if this will be the final decision.
RugbyWA main point appears to be that the ARU have broken a contract that ensures the Force a Super Rugby spot until 2020 when their broadcast deal ends.
