Bath director of rugby Todd Blackadder believes his side's performance in victory over Worcester showed they had learned valuable lessons.
The visitors to Sixways had lost three consecutive Premiership games before they beat Worcester 46-25 to start the new year on a positive.
"We took on board the lessons we've learned over the past few weeks and did the simple things well," Blackadder told BBC Sport after their impressive win. "Our physicality was good, we showed an attacking brand of rugby and we scored some good tries to get us the bonus point."
Bath are now three points off second place in the Premiership before other teams take to the field this weekend, which pleased Blackadder.
"I'm really proud of that performance to get us back in the pack again. Chris Cook was outstanding and it was good to see Anthony Watson get some space," he added.
Meanwhile, Worcester Warriors director of rugby Alan Solomons felt they came off second best and that his side were well beaten up front.
"We have to hold our hands up and say we were outplayed. They looked a much better side and played exceptionally well," he told BBC Hereford & Worcester.
"Bath are a good team who were bound to come right in the end. Everything clicked for them.
"Their physicality was the main thing. We were outmuscled and conceded some soft tries."
