Wales winger Alex Cuthbert is set to leave Cardiff Blues for Exeter Chiefs at the end of the 2017/18 campaign according to reports, making him ineligible for Wales selection.
Following a new rule which has been put in place this season, only players capped 60 times or more may be eligible when playing their club rugby outside of Wales.
Cuthbert has been capped 47 times by Wales, the last of those appearances coming in their 2017 November international victory against Georgia.
The 29-year-old follows Toulon-bound Rhys Webb in ruling themselves out of contention.
