Zlatan Ibrahimovic elbows Tyrone Mings and Twitter users vent at ‘disgusting’ striker

ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC has been branded “disgusting” for his elbow on Tyrone Mings.

The Manchester United striker retaliated after having his head stamped on by the Bournemouth defender.

Ibrahimovic faces a three-match ban for violent conduct after referee Kevin Friend failed to send him off.

And Twitter users have reacted with fury at the Swede.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic had better be slated by the press after this. Had the most Joey Barton style meltdown type of game you could wish to see.

While Ibra was lucky to escape a second yellow card, the United star was left frustrated after having his penalty saved.

Adam Smith handled in the area to give Ibrahimovic a chance to inflict further pain on Bournemouth.

But Artur Boric dived right and kept the shot out.
