REAL MADRID boss Zinedine Zidane has revealed his side will NOT give Barcelona a guard of honour should they wrap up the La Liga title before the next El Clasico.
The 45-year-old still feels aggrieved that Barca didn’t recognise Los Blancos‘ Club World Cup triumph in December at the Bernabeu.

Ernesto Valverde’s men could have won the Spanish top-flight by the time Real travel to the Nou Camp on May 6, and Zidane made it clear his men will not pay their respects.
Speaking in the pre-match press conference prior to the Atletico Madrid clash, the 1998 World Cup winner made his stance perfectly clear.
He told reporters: “I don’t know how much you are going to ask me, but my response is very clear.
“It is my decision and that is it.

“I don’t understand the guard of honour and it won’t take place, although we are far from the end of the season.
“Barcelona broke the tradition.”

Madrid have struggled domestically this season, as they sit 13 points behind Barca in third spot, and are just one point better off than Valencia in fourth.
A win against Diego Simeone’s men on Sunday would close the gap on Atletico to just a point, before they face Juventus in the Champions League quarter-final second leg.
