YAYA TOURE was left “humiliated” by Pep Guardiola when he was dropped from Manchester City’s Champions League squad, according to his agent.
Toure, 33, was axed for City’s European campaign on Friday – but only found out when the public announcement was made.

Dimitri Seluk, Toure’s agent, revealed his client is happy to see off the last year of his £220,000-a-week contract at the Etihad despite falling out of favour.
But Seluk reckons Guardiola will owe Toure a grovelling apology if City fail in their bid to win the Champions League.
He told The Mirror: “It is Pep’s decision and we must respect that.

“If he wins the Champions League for City this season then I will travel to England and I will say on television that Pep Guardiola is the best manager in the world.
“But if City don’t win the Champions League then I hope that Pep has got the balls to say that he was wrong to humiliate a great player like Yaya.
“Yaya is a professional and so he will do everything he is asked to do.

“Perhaps Pep will think he is good enough to play in the final 10 minutes of a League Cup game against a third division team – and, yes, I am joking.
“But what I can tell you is that Yaya will spend the season at City. He will not be leaving in January. He hopes that he will get the chance to prove himself.”
Toure and £17million keeper Claudio Bravo are the only members of City’s squad to have won the Champions League.
The midfielder was part of Guardiola’s Barcelona team which beat Manchester United in the 2009 final.

But Toure was frozen out by the Spaniard and sold to City in a £24m deal the following year.
He feared his number was up once again when Guardiola took over City this season but rejected offers from China and Italy to fight for his place at the Etihad.
It is believed Guardiola was weighing up the prospect of dropping injury-prone skipper Vincent Kompany from the 21-man Champions League squad.
But the Belgian, 30, was chosen after proving his fitness and coming through a behind-closed-doors game unscathed during the week.
