WWE STAR Braun Strowman has revealed the horror extent of his brutal elbow surgery – and called out rival Roman Reigns as their bitter feud continues.
The RAW superstar has suffered from the arm problem for a number of months, and was expected to be out for just a few weeks.
But during the operation, the full extent of Strowman’s injury emerged, and he could now be missing for up to six months.

The Monster Among Men posted an Instagram picture showing off the horrifying scars left by the surgery.
A huge seven inch-plus gash can be seen on the underside of his arm along with a shocking amount of bruising.
And he hinted his rivalry with Reigns is not over, as they prepare for a year of back-and-forth attacks on RAW.

The 33-year-old American said along with the snap: “This is what a shattered elbow looks like!!!
“The pain is nothing compared to what I’m going to unleash as soon as I’m healed #ImNotFinishedWithYou.”
Strowman also posted a picture of his actual surgery a week before, with a shocking amount of pins in his arm.
A WWE statement said: "During the procedure, it was revealed, among his other injuries, that Strowman’s elbow had been shattered.
"He is expected to miss up to six months of action as a result."
It is however hoped Strowman will make a return at pay-per-view SummerSlam at the Brooklyn Center, New York, in August.
