THE WWE are considering London as a host city for WrestleMania in the future, it can be revealed.
The multi-million pound promotion sent out a survey late last week asking fans if they would be willing to travel to the UK for the flagship event.

It would be the first major pay-per-view in the UK since Wembley hosted SummerSlam in front of more than 80,000 fans in 1992.

The emailed survey asked wrestling supporters what cities they would be interested in going to including the capital, Toronto, New York and others.
A number of arenas in London would be capable of hosting WrestleMania including Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium, Tottenham’s new ground or the London Stadium.
But the new Wembley – which opened in 2007 – would be the favourite to host the PPV with an almost certain sell-out of 90,000.
