World No3 Agnieszka Radwanska made light work of Kateryna Kozlova to reach second round of Wimbledon 2016

THIRD seed Agnieszka Radwanska made light work of Kateryna Kozlova to reach the second round at rainy SW19.

The Pole has never lost her opening match at Wimbledon and that run showed no sign of stopping under the roof on Centre Court.

Radwanska is the second best returner on tour this year and it showed as she broke her Ukrainian opponent’s first two service games to race into a 4-0 lead.
The 27-year-old immediately handed one back but a string of unforced errors from Kozlova allowed her to seal the opening set without breaking a sweat.

Radwanska was completely dominant against Kozlova’s second serve and broke twice more as she won 6-2 6-1 in just over an hour.

The world No3 – who lost to Serena Williams in the 2012 final – now faces either Karin Knapp or Ana Konjuh in round two.
