WOLVES have made Helder Costa their club-record signing in a £13million deal.
He joined the club last summer in a loan deal from Wolves but has done enough to make that switch permanent.
Costa, 23, has made 29 appearances so far this season as Wolves look to move up the Championship table.
Paul Lambert will now be hoping Costa’s transfer gives the club a huge boost – especially after Saturday’s FA Cup win over Liverpool.
He told Wolves’ official website: “This is great news for Helder, great news for the club and great news for supporters.
“Going forward this is a big statement by the owners. He has got ability and if he keeps up the workrate then he has a big chance to be a really top player.”

Reflecting on the deal, Costa added: “I am very happy. I am enjoying every moment here and now I want to help get Wolves back up to the Premier League.
“The fans have been incredible both to me and them tea. We are going to do our best and keep pushing to the end of the season.”
