Wolves put their art into FA Cup tie against Chelsea by hiring illustrator to design stunning match-day programme

WOLVES put their art into Saturday night’s FA Cup fifth-round clash with Chelsea – by hiring an illustrator to design a stunning programme cover.

Wolves had already hired Wells to decorate the tunnels and dressing rooms at Molineux.

And his latest design was much smaller but even more eye-catching.

Fans soon showed their approval on social media.

And now Wolves must hope getting it right on paper and off the field can spread to on the pitch later this season.

They lie seventh bottom of the Championship – so unexpected for a club of their size, support base and reputation.
