5.24 – Tournament favourite Murray wastes three break points as Millman again struggles on serve
5.13 – BREAK Murray thinks he has saved three break points but Millman challenges the call and levels the set at 5-5
5.08 – But the Australian eventually makes it 5-4 after Murray’s backhand drifts wide.
5.07pm – Millman is having real difficulty in forcing Murray to serve for the set.
4.59pm – Murray cruises to a 5-3 lead with a solid service game. He’s getting there…
4.55pm – BREAK for Murray! The home hero finally gets the break in the second set and it’s now 4-3… Millman’s predictability on the second serve all too obvious for Muzza there.
4.50pm – Murray holds to love following a scrappy hold from his Australian opponent for 3-3. The Brit No1 is not at his fluent best just yet, but he’s got more than enough for Millman at the moment.
4.42pm – Millman’s working hard to get back into this match, slugging hard on the Murray serve. He gets a sniff of a break, but nothing more. It’s 2-2 in the second.
4.27pm – We’re back on the court and hopefully, hopefully, ready for some more play, with Andy Murray leading one set to love.
3.49pm – Oh here we go again. The rain is coming down. There is a roof. Please use it. Sincerely, everyone watching this game.
3.46pm – SET. Murray clinches the first set. Fairly up and down set, but all in all pretty comfortable for the Brit No1.

3.43pm – Millman holds. 5-3 and Murray will serve for the first set.
3.41pm – Djokovic serving for the fourth set… BUT QUERREY BREAKS BACK. All kicking off on Court One. 5-5.
3.36pm – Regulation hold for Murray to follow. 5-2 now.

3.33pm – Never fear, normal service is resumed as Murray breaks to love. The final point of that game was a staggering feat of defensive grass-court tennis. Super stuff.
3.29pm – Well now, what’s this? Millman breaks back out of absolutely nowhere. We’re back on serve here on Centre Court. Not in the script.
3.24pm – Millman’s on the board. Things looked dicey at 15-30, but he reeled off three points in a row to get his first game win.

3.20pm – Bish, bash, bosh. 3-0 already and Murray is simply cruising.
3.19pm – Meanwhile there’s an update from the outer courts from DAN KING…
ANGELIQUE KERBER survived a rollercoaster first set to emerge victorious from her all-German clash with Carina Witthoeft.
There were six breaks of serve before an epic tiebreak which both women had plenty of chances to win.
No4 seed Kerber finally took the breaker 13-11 and did not look back from there.
World No109 Witthoeft had kept pace with the Australian Open champion despite 30 unforced errors in the first set.

But she was furious when she gave up an early break which put Kerber on her way to a 7-6 6-1 win.
Kerber’s opponent in the last 16 will be Japan’s MIsaki Doi, who beat another German, Anna-Lena Friedsam.
3.17pm – And he follows that up with an all-too-easy break. 2-0 Murray. Already firmly in the driving seat.
3.14pm – Simple hold for Murray to kick things off. Lovely stuff.
3.11pm – Great omen for Murray here at SW19… He’s never lost against an Australian opponent at tour level.
3.01pm – Looks like we’re finally set for some more tennis on Centre Court as Murray and Millman take to the turf. We’ll go through the motions of a rally, a few serves, the odd volley here and there and then we’ll be underway in this third round clash.

2.52pm – Here’s more on that Halep match from our very own DAVID COVERDALE…
SIMONA HALEP showed a Dutch of class as she clogged Holland hope Kiki Bertens.
The fifth seed will have been wary of her rival Bertens, who was a surprise semi-finalist at the French Open.
But Halep, 24, was able to swat the No26 aside 6-4 6-3 on Centre Court to reach the fourth round.
And the Romanian, who got to the semi-final here at Wimbledon two years ago, will now fancy her chances of claiming a maiden Grand Slam.

2.47pm – Ah, rain, there you are. Of course it was tempting fate! Anyone could tell you that. Centre Court is now re-covered and we’ll have to wait even longer for some Murray-Millman action.
2.41pm – Scrap my plans for the roof preventing any hold-ups… They’re retracting the roof. After this week’s weather at SW19, is that not tempting fate just a wee bit?
2.36pm – Meanwhile on Court One, that overnight rain delay has worked wonders for Novak Djokovic as he has claimed the third set 6-3 against American Sam Querrey. Game. On.
2.33pm – Simona Halep has just won the first game of the day on Centre Court, meaning we are now just minutes away from seeing some Andy Murray…

2.32pm – Speaking of the persistent drizzle, history will be made tomorrow as for only the fourth time EVER, there will be play on middle Sunday as officials aim to chip away at the backlog of suspended matches. The last time that happened was in 2004…
2.31pm – Murray faces Australian world No60 John Millman on Centre Court… At least that way we know rain can’t wreak havoc as it has all week at SW19.
2.30pm – Welcome to SunSport’s live blog, covering final Brit hope Andy Murray on his quest for another Wimbledon title.
