WOLVES appear set to complete a stunning double raid on Porto for Ruben Neves and Willy Boly.
The Black Country club are spending big under their Fosun Group owners.

And with super-agent Jorge Mendes‘ links to the club, two more Portugal-based players appear on their way to the Championship.
And French defender Boly, 26, is the latest Porto star to be linked with Wolves.
Bizarrely, both he and Neves are poised to sign for a manager who did not play them last season.
However, Portuguese paper A Bola claim that Santo has made a personal call to Boly to convince him over a move.
Neves broke down in tears during a Champions League clash with Roma last season.

The twice-capped Portugal international was told he get ready to come on as a sub before being ordered back to the bench by Santo.
And it all proved too much for him, in the middle of a frustrating season in which he failed to kick on from a stellar campaign in 2015-16.
Neves was previously valued at around £35m by Porto.
Now, despite interest from Chelsea and Liverpool, he looks set for a move to Wolves for half the price.

Boly appears set to become the fifth defender to join this summer, with Roderick Miranda, Ryan Bennett, Phil Ofosu-Ayeh and Barry Douglas already in the bag.
The 6ft 3in powerhouse joined Porto from Braga in August 2016 and signed a five-year deal that inclused a 45m euro (£40m) buyout clause.
But he started just four league games last season and appears to be surplus to requirements.
