Who is Nieky Holzken?
HOLZKEN is a 34-year-old boxer from the Netherlands.
He competes in a number of events and likes to switch disciplines rather than move to full-time in one of them.
The Dutch fighter is nicknamed “The Natural”.

AS WELL as boxing, Holzken is also the Dutch super middleweight kickboxer and has been the Welterweight champion in the past.
He has not won in kick boxing since October 2016 and he lost his Glory Welterwight title in December of the same year.
The 34-year-old also competes in Muay Thai and is a two-time European Muay Thai champion.

HOLZKEN turned his hand to boxing in 2013 – alongside kickboxing and Thai Boxing.
Since he start boxing he has won all 13 of his fights – including ten knockouts.
All but one of these fights has been in the Netherlands.

SMITH was set to fight Jurgen Braehmer in the World Boxing Super Series super-middleweight semi-final but he had to pull out.
The winner of the fight will face George Groves in the final to lift the Muhmmad Ali Trophy.
Holzken’s last fight was in April 2017 when he beat Cagri Ermis.
