WEST BROM have offered Saido Berahino a bumper new four-year deal worth £10million.
The controversial striker would more than triple his wages if he stays at The Hawthorns.

Berahino, 22, is a target for both Stoke and Watford — and the former England Under-21 starlet looked certain to leave the Baggies this summer.
But Spurs, who wanted Berahino last year, appear to have moved on.
And now Albion have turned the situation on its head with the player having one year left on his current deal.
However, Berahino is thought to still be seeking a way out of the club.

Boss Tony Pulis said in April he wanted Berahino to agree a new contract.
And the club have confirmed a deal is on the table for the player who threatened to go on strike last season if chairman Jeremy Peace stayed in charge.
Peace blocked his move to Tottenham by rejecting a structured £23million payment offer on deadline day last September.
Berahino then spent much of the season on the bench, with Pulis admitting the player was “away with the fairies” after the deal fell through.

Stoke are not prepared to offer more than £16m, with Peace demanding at least £20m. But Watford are the only other interested club at present.
Pulis is also set for a £15m move to sign West Ham striker Diafra Sakho.
Sakho, 26, has put in a transfer request and ex-Hammers boss Sam Allardyce is also keen on taking him to Sunderland.
Pulis also wants Leeds defender Charlie Taylor, 22.
