WATFORD will be forced to shatter their transfer record to sign M’Baye Niang – if the striker bags ten goals.
Niang’s club AC Milan inserted a performance related clause in the on-loan Frenchman’s deal with Watford.

It means Watford will have to tie up a permanent move and sign Niang for a whopping £13.5million in the summer.
Niang’s bid to reach double figures continues against Burnley at Vicarage Road tomorrow.
And Troy Deeney believes the shock 2-1 win at Arsenal on Tuesday has lifted the mood at Watford after a slump.
Watford skipper Deeney said: “We have been on a bad run and were poor against Millwall in the FA Cup.
