WATFORD have issued a hands off warning to Everton, and will not entertain another approach for manager Marco Silva.
The snub has left the Toffees facing a managerial crisis as they are still searching for a new boss after firing Ronald Koeman last month.

However their approach this week for the highly rated Hornets man was rebuffed by the Pozzo family.
And SunSport have been told Watford are not interested in speaking to Everton about their current boss moving to Merseyside.
Hornets top brass hold all the cards as there is no release clause in the Portuguese boss’s two-year contract and the club will not even discuss compensation.
Silva, who joined Watford from relegated Hull in the summer has only been in charge for 11 Premier League games and has already made a huge impact on and off the pitch.

Everton would not have made an approach for Silva without having an idea he fancied moving to Goodison Park.
So in that case Watford will have to reassure Silva his ambitions for the rest of his time in Hertfordshire can be matched by the Hornets board.
TOP BOSSES Every club’s top boss revealed…with one very notable absentee
The Toffees board are also considering Burnley boss Sean Dyche, Sam Allardyce and Atletico coach Diego Simeone.
Simeone is club owner Farhad Moshiri’s choice on the premise that higher profile players could be attracted to Goodison Park, as Dyche and Allardyce are favoured by chairman Bill Kenwright.
Interim boss David Unsworth will take charge of his fifth game as Everton travel to South London for a vital clash with fellow strugglers Crystal Palace on Saturday.
