THIS is the horrific moment a footballer is sent off for kicking his opponent in the BALLS midway through a game.
During a clash in South America, attacker Sebastian Rivera is showing off his full range of tricks with his fancy footwork.

However, defender Giancarlo Carmona does well to shepherd him away from goal and towards the touchline.
As the pair tussle, Rivera goes down and shields the ball with his body, while half still on the ground.
In his frustration, Carmona begins to hack at him in order to get the ball back, before eventually losing his temper… and kicking him square in the balls.
The referee immediately runs over to show the defender a yellow card.

Carmona incredibly even tries to protest his innocence and in doing so sees his yellow upgraded to a red and is sent for an early bath.
The incident occurred in the 87th-minute the Copa Libertadores clash between Carmona’s Melgar and Rivera’s Santiago Wanderers.
IT’S IN THE BAGG Could Chelsea boss Antonio Conte be the sixth manager in nine years to be beaten by the “West Brom curse”?
On the day it was Chilean outfit Santiago Wanderes who came out on to, beating the Peruvian side – who finished with ten men – 1-0 on the day.
The result ensured Wanderers clinched a 2-1 aggregate victory and progressed to the next round.
