VINNIE JONES has blasted the idea that footballers are ‘paid too much’ and says they deserve every penny.
The highlight of the January transfer window saw Alexis Sanchez join Manchester United in a straight swap with Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

However, it was his rumoured wage of £505,000 a week that has left many people flabbergasted.
But Jones, the former Wimbledon and Leeds player who is now a Hollywood actor, believes the the players are right to be raking it in.
