He last fought in November 2015 when he outpointed Wladimir Klitschko to win the IBF, WBA and WBO titles, and is expected to return in the summer after a near three-year absence.

Fury was seen on Friday at the BT Sport building in London, where he is understood to have finalised an agreement to fight under Warren on both BT Sport and BoxNation, accoding to the Press Association.

The 29-year-old had been scheduled to fight Klitschko in a rematch on BoxNation in 2016, before his struggles with drugs and depression and a charge from UK Anti-Doping led to his withdrawal and his inactivity since.

Fury accepted a backdated two-year ban from UKAD in December and since January has been training to reduce his weight in anticipation of his return.

By working with Warren and new trainer Ben Davison, he will also have formed a new team having won his world titles with Mick Hennessy, who still promotes Fury’s cousin Hughie, and uncle and then-trainer Peter.

Suggestions persist that Fury’s first fight back could be on the undercard of Carl Frampton’s fight against Nonito Donaire in Belfast on April 21, or on that of long-term friend Billy Joe Saunders’ WBO middleweight title defence against Martin Murray in London on June 23.

Attempts were made to contact both Warren and Fury, but neither were available for comment.
