TROY DEENEY sparked fury and mystery as he gave the finger to fans after his penalty opener for Watford at home to Chelsea.
The Hornets striker is likely to be in hot water for raising his right finger after slotting home a controversial 42nd minute spot-kick.

Deeney’s reason for such a goal salute were not clear but his actions seem sure to be investigated.
Meanwhile, SunSport columnist Ian Wright claimed Watford new boy Gerard Deulofeu dived for the penalty.
Wrighty told BBC Radio 5 live: “Gerard Deulofeu is on his way down. He’s getting his foot to where he can feel some contact.
“He could have jumped over him and got the ball. He wants to go down. He’s not even thinking of getting the ball around Courtois to tap it into the net. It’s a dive.”
That completed Chelsea’s first-half misery as midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko was red-carded inside 30 minutes for two bookings.
Olivier Giroud, an £18million January signing from Arsenal, came on for his Chelsea debut and the Blues pushed for an equaliser – getting one through a smart Eden Hazard strike.

But a late collapse saw the visitors concede three awful goals late on.
Daryl Janmaat was allowed to stroll through the defence to put Watford in front, before awful defending from Gary Cahill let Gerard Deulofeu score his first goal in yellow.
Antonio Conte’s misery was not over there, with Roberto Pereyra scoring in injury time to complete a miserable week.
