Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has agreed with Pochettino to let Walker leave White Hart Lane in the summer but will try and get as much cash out of the deal as possible.
The demise of Pochettino and Walker’s relationship is said to have began after it became clear the former QPR star could double his £65,000-a-week wages at City.
And, worryingly for Spurs, Walker is not the only top player at the club that is looking to move away.
