TOTTENHAM have been slammed for another ‘bottle job’ performance after spectacularly crashing out of the Champions League to Juventus.
Spurs were favourites to progress to the quarter-finals after battling back for a 2-2 draw during the first leg in Turin.

And things seemed to be on course after they look a 1-0 lead at Wembley thanks to Son Heung-Min.
However, Juventus failed to give up and came out battling in the second half with some clever substitutions from boss Max Allegri.
Gonzalo Higuain scored his third goal of the tie to get Juve back in the match before Paulo Dybala scored to put the Italians 2-1 up on the night and 4-3 ahead on aggregate.
Spurs saw a late header from Harry Kane roll across the goal line but ended up bidding farewell to the competition despite their first-half dominance.

A final tweet added: “Punters going on about this Spurs team and manager, you have to win something first, then you can be looked at, remind of me Newcastle with Keegan, pretty on the eye but never won a bowl of soup!”
