GOALKEEPER Angus Gunn is wanted by Stoke, Celtic… and both England and Scotland.
The Manchester City stopper, 22, has impressed on loan at Norwich this season and now both Paul Lambert’s Potters and the Scottish giants are keen to have him as their No 1 for next term.

Lambert’s scouts are checking on Gunn in case England’s Jack Butland leaves in the summer and they need a ready-made replacement. Stoke would either try to buy Gunn or take him on a season-long loan.
However, they need to stay up to boost their chances of getting him.
Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers can offer Gunn his first taste of European football as they bid for a Champions League run or even if they fall into the Europa League.
Gunn could be tempted to play in the land of his father, former Norwich stopper Bryan — if Etihad chiefs agree another loan — despite the Canaries wanting him back.

Celtic need a top performer, with Scotland No 1 Craig Gordon, 35, troubled by injury. He is training again but his overall fitness is a cause for concern.
Gunn is also fancied by new Scotland boss Alex McLeish, who is close friends with his dad — a former team-mate at Aberdeen.

So far the youngster has opted for England at Under-21 level but the Tartan Army may try to change his mind.
McLeish will seek talks with Gunn Jnr to find out his thoughts. With a long queue to make the England team, the Scotland boss could make a convincing case.
