JOSE MOURINHO has been photographed carrying handwritten notes relating to his upcoming tribunal with former Chelsea physio Eva Carneiro.
The soon-to-be Manchester United boss still has the embarrassing issue hanging over him as he prepares to take the Old Trafford hotseat.

The revealing snaps were taken outside his west London home where removal men have recently been seen appearing to help with his move.
One on sheet of paper the sentence ‘I have never heard this allegation before’ can be seen.
The upbeat Portuguese did not seem affected by the imminent date as he joked with builders working nearby.
The former Porto boss is also seen holding a box from luxury watchmaker Tag Heuer although he has previously had a sponsorship deal with rival brand Hublot.
Mourinho’s first public appearance as United boss could come on June 6 at London South Employment Tribunal in Croydon.
Although he did not show at two preliminary hearings in January and March when Carneiro and Chelsea failed to reach a settlement.

And, in a further twist, compensation claiming Carneiro is to be represented by Mary O’Rourke QC who is described on the Old Square Chambers website as a diehard United fan.
The barrister also boasts her career high was cross examining Sir Alex Ferguson over a case in 2007 when one of his former players, Michael Appleton, sued a surgeon after an alleged botched operation.
The company website claims: “She is a season ticket holder at Manchester United and identifies as a career highlight cross-examining Fergie in the Appleton case.”

If O’Rourke wins the case for Carneiro, The Special One Mourinho could also be ordered to pay damages to the doctor.
The case is based on the ugly row on the opening day of last season when Mourinho lambasted the medic for attending to Eden Hazard who was down in a match against Swansea.
The FA cleared the former Real Madrid manager of using discriminatory language towards her the following month.
But Carneiro is pursuing the matter by seeking reinstatement as first-team doctor, damages for sex discrimination from Mourinho and personal injury compensation and aggravated damages from Chelsea.
