Smiling Tyson Fury begins bootcamp to shift some of his 25st weight… as wife Paris stocks up on Kit Kats

SMILING Tyson Fury looks delighted at the start of bootcamp to shift some of his 25st… while wife Paris stocks up on Kit Kats.

The former world heavyweight champion – who has been battling depression – could not contain his excitement at the thought of getting lean again.

But he will have to avoid his partner’s snacks after she was spotted leaving a shop with carb-heavy white bread and chocolate bars.

Setting off on his run near his home in Lancashire, Fury said: “It’s my first day back on the road.”

Wearing a backwards baseball cap, Fury’s love handles could be seen bursting over the top of his shorts beneath his grey jacket.

But the good news is that the man who gave Wladimir Klitschko his first defeat in 11 years should have no issues losing the blubber.

He said: “Talk about being a fat man, I’m 25st or 350lbs, but getting the weight off has never been a problem! Ask Tyson Fury, we done it 24 times.

“I’ve moved on from the dark and scary place I’ve been living in and if I can beat depression then I can beat anything. The hardest fight of my life!

"I'm starting a fresh start, letting go of the past and concentrating on the future, got to keep moving forwards."

After his run, Fury posted a selfie with the caption: "Just finished a lovely run, great to be back."

Fury plans to return to the ring on May 13 in Leeds but he remains without a British or Irish boxing licence.
