SERGIO AGUERO moved level with Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie by netting his fifth Premier League Player of the Month award.
The Manchester City striker netted five goals in January, including a perfect hat-trick in the 3-1 win over Newcastle.

His fifth monthly gong leaves the Argentine just one short of the six won by Harry Kane and Steven Gerrard.
Willian scooped Goal of the Month for his stunner against Brighton, with Eddie Howe named Manager of the Month.
Chelsea midfielder Willian reckons his second strike in the 4-0 win over the Seagulls is up there with his best.
He said: “For sure, it is one of the best goals that I’ve scored in my career.

“It was a special goal, it was a good moment, it was good quality by the team.
“I remember when I got the ball, I ran. Then I saw Hazard in front, and Batshuayi.
“I passed to Hazard, and then he passed to back to Michy, and then we played between us and I scored the goal.

“From the start of the month we were in a very difficult position. It looks slightly better but still got a lot more work to do.”
