SEBASTIEN BUEMI won the Formula E championship in dramatic fashion after claiming title rival Lucas di Grassi took him out on purpose.
The Swiss driver was clattered by Di Grassi on the first lap and ended up facing the wrong way and with a damaged car.

The shunt dropped both drivers out of the top 10 meaning both needed to set the fastest lap of the race to win the decisive two-points that would have clinched the title.
And Buemi achieved it with a time of 1m24.150s around Battersea Park in London to net his title, yet the 27 year-old was left fuming at Di Grassi.
He said: “He really went for the accident. What he did, I didn’t know what to think. I thought he wanted to try anything.

“In the end I think the best driver and the best team won. It’s difficult to realise, I was not expecting to win it that way.”
The London ePrix was won by Nico Prost, who also won Saturday’s race, while Di Grassi claims Buemi was at fault for the accident after braking too early.
He said: “When I was fighting with Prost and realised Seb had braked so early, it was too late for me to hold control of the car. That’s what caused the impact.”
