SANTI CAZORLA has revealed he needs another operation on his Achilles.
The Arsenal playmaker has already been out for almost a year and nearly lost his foot after picking up an infection.

Cazorla tweeted: “Due to some discomfort in the tendon over the last few days, I have had to return to the operating theatre.
“This will delay my return to the pitch but I maintain my enthusiasm and motivation to once again enjoy my great passion, football.”
Spain international Cazorla has been out of action for over a year, undergoing surgeries that resulted in him losing eight centimetres from the tendon in his right foot.
In an interview with Marca earlier this month, the Gunners ace explained how doctors came close to amputation after he contracted a potentially life-threatening infection.

Cazorla said: “If you manage to walk with your son again in the garden, be satisfied, they told me.
“He saw that I had a tremendous infection, that I had damaged part of the calcaneus bone and ate the Achilles tendon, I was 8 centimetres missing!”
