WEST BROM are ready to ask Stoke City to up their offer for striker Saido Berahino.
Mark Hughes wants the England starlet on board next season and the clubs are already in early talks over a deal.

The Potters are set to pay £15million for Berahino who saw a complex £23 million move to Tottenham blocked last year.
But hardline Baggies chairman Jeremy Peace is looking for a figure close to £20million – with Albion boss Tony Pulis planning to use the cash in the transfer market.
Pulls has targeted Newcastle midfielder Moussa Sissoko and Leeds defender Charlie Taylor.
Spurs now appear to have moved on from Berahino while Newcastle’s drop into the Championship rules out their interest.
