OUT DO struck gold in the ultra-competitive Wokingham Stakes for David O’Meara and jockey Daniel Tudhope.
The eight-year-old was seventh in the King’s Stand at last year’s Royal meeting, but a falling rating has helped him slot back into handicap company.

Tudhope took his time in the group racing on the far side of the track before Out Do was unleashed and he picked up well to claim victory.
Steady Pace filled the runner-up spot, while Projection fared best of those that raced towards the stands side in third. Polybius was fourth.

Tudhope said: “He travelled very well into the race and he’s done it nicely.
“I didn’t want to hit the front too soon as he wanders around, but he got the job done.
