ROSS BARKLEY is set to make his Chelsea debut after completing his injury rehab.
Antonio Conte has confirmed the new £15million midfield signing has come through 70 minutes of a friendly win over QPR at the Blues’ training ground.

Barkley, 24, has been out of action all season and last played first-team football in Everton’s game with Arsenal on May 21, before undergoing hamstring surgery over the summer.
He actually netted the winning goal in a secret practice match against local rivals Queens Park Rangers at Cobham and he has been named in the Blues’ squad to head down the M23 to Brighton.
The former Toffees ace did not sign in time to play Norwich in the FA Cup third round replay on Wednesday as the Blues won 5-3 on penalties.
He is likely to start on the bench at the AmEx Stadium in tomorrow’s early kick off.

Conte said: “He’s coming with us for the game against Brighton.
“I don’t know if during the game I will decide to give him the chance to play a part of the game or if I want to wait.”

Meanwhile the Italian refused to speculate on rumours linking Chelsea with a raft of strikers including experienced Premier League pro Peter Crouch and former Man City forward Edin Dzeko.
Conte did not want to be drawn on other clubs’ players, but the Blues backed out of a swoop for Andy Carroll after the West Ham striker picked up an injury.

Conte added: “I give my opinion to my club, but the final decision is for the club.
“I have to wait and to see what happens during this transfer market. I’m very calm under this aspect.

“It’s not right to talk about players of other teams. I’m not interested in it.
“I’m not interested in this conversation, also because this is disrespectful for my players, for the players of the other clubs.
“In this period there is a transfer market, if something happens, you know. You are the first media to know news.”
