The club have even reportedly convinced the Argentine to sign a clause in his impending new Juve deal allowing him to leave when Los Blancos make an offer.
But Zidane has apparently told Perez that he would rather sign Hazard, and the Bernabeu supremo is willing to consider his demands.
Hazard is not believed to be interested in leaving Chelsea, and won’t force a move, but he would be willing to go if the club choose to sell him.

In an attempt to try to force Antonio Conte’s hand, Real Madrid are willing to give him the opportunity to unite the Spain partnership of Diego Costa and Morata at club level.
The Blues have reportedly already tabled a £34m bid for Morata, but Los Blancos had been demanding at least £50m.
It is also believed that Chelsea could be given the option of signing either Isco or James Rodriguez as part of the deal.
If Hazard does make the move to the Spanish capital, neither of the two midfielders are likely to have a future at the Bernabeu regardless of whether they join Chelsea.
Real Madrid are also desperate to sign a new goalkeeper and are set make enquiries into the availability of David de Gea and Thibaut Courtois.
Of the two former Atletico goalkeepers, de Gea is believed to be the Champions League winners' preference.
