REAL MADRID are ready to finally make a move to sign French sensation Kylian Mbappe after offloading Alvaro Morata to Chelsea.
The European champions have been tracking the Monaco striker all summer as they look to add more strength to a squad that completed the La Liga and Champions League double.

And according to reports in Spain they are now ready to make a world record bid in an effort to tempt the French club to sell their brilliant young forward.
Website Goal say Real will lodge a formal offer over the weekend to test just how serious Monaco are about keeping hold of Mbappe when money is on the table.
A bid of around £110million is expected for the 18-year-old – who hit 27 goals in his first full season in senior football last year.
Monaco have maintained all summer they have no intention of parting company with a player regarded as one of the most exciting in world football.
While several of the squad who helped the club reach the Champions League semi-final last season have been sold, they insist Mbappe is staying put.
And the striker has also been advised the time is not right to make a big-money move given that he needs to be playing regularly to feature in the France squad at the World Cup next summer.

But Real have shown several times over the past decade they know how to get a move done when a club is a reluctant seller - and they will be confident of getting their man.
The money from Morata's move to Chelsea, on top of the saving in wages because of James Rodriguez's move to Bayern Munich, has helped swell the Bernabeu coffers.

Monaco have been left angry at the way Europe's biggest clubs have been attempting to snare their prize asset.
Yesterday they released a statement voicing their anger at what they claim have been illegal approaches made to Mbappe over the past few months.

They have warned they are ready to report anyone who oversteps the mark to Fifa, calling on disciplinary action to be taken for any clubs found guilty.
Though Real are one of the sides who's interest has been known all summer, they are not understood to have been among the teams who have upset Monaco.
